ADM Skateboards is a company based in Boston, MA. ADM is not just any skate company, they are a skate company with a knowledge and understanding of social responsibility. From first hand experience, the owners of ADM realize the need for the funding of programs that can keep kids off of the streets and away from drugs and alcohol. To put it directly, ADM is not just another "Say No To Drugs" campaign. They are a skate company that has a specific goal to fund programs that help kids stay off of the streets and away from drugs. In fact, the company has a goal set in place to donate $100,000.00 by the end of 2009. This will be done by donating 5% of all ADM revenue to drug awareness programs, skate parks, and other positive non profits. Not only is the companies 5% goal an amazing awareness of social responsibility, but ADM is now opening up the doors to help artists get their work out to the world. Any artist has the opportunity to send their work to ADM for review. This gives our youth another avenue to express themselves and keep their minds creativily growing.
